摘要 城市高架立交桥建设受制于周边环境影响,常采用大跨度连续钢箱梁桥跨越河道及现有建(构)筑物。结合上海市北横通道北虹路立交桥工程实例,介绍了四跨连续变截面钢箱梁的安装方法。主要采用分大节段形式出厂、现场浮吊悬臂安装的施工技术,并使用钢管支撑体系进行辅助安装,顺利完成了施工,也为类似工程提供了参考。 The construction of urban elevated overpass is subject to the surrounding environment,and large-span continuous steel box girder bridges are often used to span rivers and existing buildings(structures).Combined with the engineering example of Beihong Road overpass project of Shanghai North Cross Passage,the installation method of four-span continuous variable section steel box girder is introduced.The construction was successfully completed by the main construction technologies including factory manufactured large segments,construction technology for cantilever installation by onsite floating crane,and auxiliary installation by using steel tube support system,which can provide references for similar projects.
