摘要
新疆乌昌大道跨头屯河大桥采用钢桁架和正交异性的桥面板组合体系。针对其独特的设计风格和结构特点,并考虑较为紧张的施工工期,决定采取构件工厂制造、现场大段组合、集成吊装的建造与安装方法。重点介绍了构件标准化、焊接变形控制等制作技术,以及模块式装配施工技术,可为双层钢桁架桥的施工提供新的思路。
A combination system of steel truss and orthotropic deck slab is used in Toudunhe bridge of Xinjiang Wuchang Avenue.In view of its unique design style and structural characteristics,and in consideration of its relatively tight construction period,it is decided to adopt the method of construction and installation such as factory manufacture,onsite large-section assembly and integrated hoisting.The manufacturing technologies of component standardization and welding deformation control etc.,as well as the modular assembly construction technology are emphatically introduced,which can provide new ideas for double-deck steel truss construction.
