预制窨井结构设计与施工工艺研究

摘要 结合上海市北横通道北虹路立交工程,确定了预制窨井的结构形式,形成预制窨井现场机械化吊装施工技术,解决了现有现浇或砖砌式窨井施工机械化程度低、施工工期长、道路交通安全影响大、结构强度低、耐久性差等问题,有效保证了工程施工的速度、质量,取得了较好的社会和经济效益。 Combined with the Beihong Road Overpass Project of Shanghai North Cross Passage,the structural form of prefab manhole is determined and the onsite mechanized hoisting construction technology of prefab manhole is developed.It solves the disadvantages of low degree of mechanization,long construction period,large impact on road traffic safety,low structural strength and poor durability of existing cast-in-place or brick type manhole construction,which effectively ensures the construction speed and quality and obtains good social and economic benefits.
