摘要
介绍湖北襄阳中国有机谷二期道路的高边坡精确开挖施工技术。即开挖前使用南方Cass9.0软件分析道路高边坡实测地形数据以找出边坡上口线,再对道路进行横断面分析,并结合地质勘察资料优化施工方法,同时在每台挖机上安装自制的单片机坡度测量仪以实时检测开挖坡度。优化后的施工技术既保证了工程施工的安全、质量,又节约了施工成本,做到了高边城的精确开挖。
Introduced the precise excavation technology for the high road slope of the road of PhaseⅡof China Organic Valley in Xiangyang,Hubei.Before excavation,use Cass9.0software to analyze the topographic data of high road slope to find out the entrance line of the slope,and then analyze the cross-section of the road,and combining with geological survey date to optimize the construction method.At the same time,installed a self-made microprocessor slope measuring instrument on each excavator to measure the excavation slope in real time.The optimized construction technology not only ensures the safety and quality of the project construction,but also saves the construction cost,and achieves the accurate excavation of the high road slope.
