摘要
以某大型薄壁换热器的椭圆形封头开孔补强为例,针对采用GB150-2011标准中等面积补强法进行开孔补强计算,计算结果显示合格,但是经有限元分析方法验证发现其结构存在风险的问题。通过分析指出采用GB150-2011计算此类开孔补强问题存在风险的原因并提出改进的结构方案。
The opening reinforcement on the ellipsoidal head of a large-size thin-wall pressure vessels is acceptable by calculating with the equi-area calculation method specified in GB150-2011,while is revealed to have structural risk by verifying with the method of finite element analysis.The paper studies this problem to find out the reason why the structural risk exists and puts forward the improved structure solution.
