调质及焊后退火对阀体组织性能的影响

摘要 对阀体(ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN)进行调质及焊后热处理实验,观察微观组织,并测试硬度、冲击、拉伸、高温持久性能等力学性能。其中,在淬火时采用强风冷却和油冷两种方法,回火时采用不同回火温度,以便分析不同的冷却速度和回火温度对阀体组织性能的影响。通过研究不同温度、时间、循环次数等工艺参数对组织性能的影响,得出符合生产需求的热处理工艺。 The valve body(ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN)that has been subject to quenching&tempering and post-welding anealing heat treatment were tested for its microstructure,hardness,impact,tensile strength,high temperature endurance performance and other mechanical properties.The specimens were quenched with forced air and oil and tempered at different temperature in order to analyze how different cooling rates and temper temperatures affect the microstructure and mechanical properties of the valve body.The effect of technical parameters,such as temperature,time and cycle numbers,on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the valve body was analyzed to set up heat treatment techniques suitable to production in practice.
