The cost budget of prefabricated U-shaped beams in rail transit projects includes:beam-making base,U-shaped beams fabrication,in-site hoisting and out-of-site transportation of U-shaped beams.Taking L16project of Shanghai rail transit as an example,by analyzing its cost budget composition,it is concluded that the site selection of U-shaped beam prefabrication plant is reasonable and the component structure is economical,which can give full play to the economic,social and ecological benefits of prefabrication structure.
