摘要
以对硝基苯甲腈为原料进行脒基化反应合成对硝基苯甲脒,通过傅里叶红外光谱确定了产品的结构,并通过优化实验得到了最佳工艺条件。分别研究了催化剂甲醇钠补充量、胺化剂乙酸铵减少量对产品含量(质量分数)、收率的影响,最终确定催化剂补充量占投入量的55%~60%,胺化剂减少量占投入量的5%~7%时,母液可以循环套用。
4-Nitrobenzamidine was synthesized from4-nitro-benzonitril via amidine reaction,and the structure of the product was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Then,the ideal process conditions were optimized through experiments.The effects of catalyst sodium methoxide supplementation and aminating agent ammonium acetate reduction on product content and yield were studied.When the catalyst replenishment amount accounted for55%-60%of the input amount,and the aminating agent reduction amount accounted for5%-7%of the input amount,the mother liquor could be recycled.
