摘要 科技服务业是衡量一个地区综合实力与竞争力的重要内容和关键因素之一。为对河南省科技服务业发展水平进行有效的评价研究,以河南省18个地市为样本,采用经济发展环境、科技服务业资源投入、科技服务业发展规模和科技服务业服务绩效4个维度16个指标建立河南省科技服务业综合评价指标体系,利用因子分析法对河南省各地市科技服务业发展水平进行综合评价,并利用评价结果对河南省科技服务业发展提出政策建议。 Science and technology service industry is one of the important contents and key factors to measure the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of a region.To conduct an effective evaluation study on the development level of science and technology service industry in Henan Province,18cities in Henan Province were selected as the sample,four dimensions including economic development environment,science and technology service industry resource input,science and technology service industry development scale and science and technology service industry service performance,and16indicators were adopted to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for science and technology service industry in Henan Province.Factor analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the development level of science and technology service industry in various cities of Henan Province,and Henan policy recommendations for the development of Henan province's science and technology service industry were provided based on those evaluation results.
