河南省科技报告管理模式与运行机制研究

Study on the Management Mode and Operation Mechanism of Science and Technology Reports in Henan Province

科技报告作为一种难得的战略信息资源,是科研管理得以过程监控的有效手段,是科技创新得以继承和发展的参考源泉,是科技成果得以转化的知识资产。本文基于河南省的基础条件,从操作层面对河南省科技报告管理模式与运行机制进行了研究,提出建立与加强河南科技报告工作的对策建议。

As a rare strategic information resource,science and technology report is an effective means to monitor the process of scientific research management,a reference source for the inheritance and development of science and technology innovation,and a knowledge asset for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Based on the basic conditions of Henan Province,this paper studied the management mode and operation mechanism of Henan science and technology report from the operation layer,and put forward suggestions on establishing and strengthening the work of Henan science and technology report.
