摘要
配电系统状态估计(distribution system state estimation,DSSE)是配电系统监测运行中的重要组成部分。智能电表的数据采集具有非同步特性,直接用于传统的DSSE算法中,效果受到一定限制。本文提出一种处理非同步测量值问题的方法,通过历史数据适当调整智能电表测量设备的均值和方差。仿真结果表明,改进方法提高了DSSE的准确性。
Distribution system state estimation(DSSE)is an important part of distribution system monitoring and running.The data acquisition of smart meter has the characteristic of nonsynchronous,and its effect is limited when it is directly used in traditional DSSE algorithm.This paper proposes a method to deal with the issue of nonsynchronized measurements,and according to the historical data,the average value and variance of smart meter are adjusted appropriately.The simulation results show that the proposed method improves the ac curacy of DSSE.
