摘要 直升机的重心位置直接影响着其飞行性能和操纵使用安全,研究直升机燃油重心的变化是评估直升机重心变化的重要组成部分。为减轻人工计算负担,提高计算效率,以某型直升机的燃油箱为基础,结合飞行剖面数据,对CATIA Automation API宏进行了二次开发,实现了对燃油体进行自动切割和优化计算,最后得到了对应于飞行剖面中各个飞行状态下的燃油重心,并对燃油重心在全机重心评估中的应用进行了介绍。此外,还给出并解释了燃油体积计算、寻优设置以及重心计算的部分关键宏语句。 The position of the center of gravity of the helicopter directly affects the flight performance and the safety of handling.Studying the changes of helicopter fuel center of gravity is an important part of evaluating the changes of helicopter center of gravity.In order to reduce the burden of manual calculation and to improve the efficiency of calculation,a kind of helicopter was chosen,combined with the flight profile data and the secondary development of CATIA Automation API Macro,helicopter fuel body was automatically cut and calculated by optimization,and finally,the center of gravity of fuel corresponding to each flight state in the flight profile was obtained,and the application of the fuel center of gravity in the evaluation of the center of gravity of the helicopter was introduced.Besides,some key macro statements of fuel volume calculation,optimization settings and fuel center of gravity were given and explained.
