摘要
通过研究齿轮设计过程,针对其设计过程的复杂性以及设计精度低的特点,利用Creo软件的参数化设计功能,根据齿轮的结构和使用特点建立齿轮的设计过程关系式,并由齿廓渐开线方程生成精确的齿廓线,从而完成整个标准直齿圆柱齿轮参数化设计并形成数据库,只要输入改变齿轮任何结构参数即可得出新的设计结果,以提高设计效率和设计质量的目的。
By studying the gear design process,aiming at its characteristics of complex design process and low design precision,the relationship of gear design process is established by using the parametric design function of Creo software according to the structural characteristics and operational features of the gear and the accurate tooth profile is generated by the involute equation of the tooth profile,thus the parametric design of standard cylindrical spur gear will be accomplished,its related database will be formed at the same time.New design results can be achieved by inputting reasonable structural parameters of the gear.So as to achieve the purpose of improving design efficiency and quality of gear design.
