摘要
以通用流体分析软件STAR-CCM+为仿真平台,采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型和Surface to Surface Radiation辐射传热模型对某型通机消声器护罩进行温度场分析,预测护罩表面温度分布情况。采用点温计对消声器护罩样件进行测量,获得表面测点温度分布情况,与仿真结果值作对比。分析结果表明:消声器护罩表面平均温度为60℃,测点温度仿真值与温度实测值的变化趋势基本一致,总体平均误差在9%,表明本文构建的消声器护罩温度场计算模型具有一定的可行性。本文研究结果可为通机消声器护罩的设计与开发提供理论支撑。
The STAR-CCM+software was applied in this paper as the simulation platform,the turbulence model Realizable k-εand Surface to Surface Radiation model was adopted for the temperature field analysis of muffler cover for a certain general purpose engine,to predict the surface temperature distribution of muffler cover.The sample of muffler cover was made and its surface temperature was measured using digimite for comparison with simulation results.Results showed that the average surface temperature of muffler cover is 60℃and the changing tendency between the experimental values and simulated values were in good agreement,and the average error is about 9%,indicating that the model created for temperature field analysis of muffler cover is feasible.The research results in this paper can provide a basic theoretical support for the design and development of muffler cover for general purpose engine.
