涡旋压缩机减振底座设计

The Design of Damping Base for Scroll Compressor

由于涡旋压缩机常常用于航空、制冷、以及空调等特殊环境中,因此,就要求压缩机具有效率高、节能、抗干扰能力强、结构紧凑、重量轻、减震性能好、能力调节范围宽等特点。本文设计一种具有减振功能的底座,以实现减振功能,降低涡旋压缩机在使用过程中的振动和噪声,从而提升涡旋压缩机的市场竞争力。

Because scroll compressors are often used in the aviation,the refrigeration,the air conditioning and other special environments,the compressor is required to have the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,strong anti-interference ability,compact structure,light weight,good shock absorption performance,wide capacity adjustment range and so on.In this paper,a base with damping function is designed to reduce the vibration and noise of the scroll compressor in use,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of the scroll compressor.
