摘要
润滑系统能否正常工作直接影响减速机的运行情况。分析轧机减速机润滑系统设计、运行过程中常见问题,结合十二机架重载减速机的具体情况,分别从润滑油的选择、润滑系统结构设计以及润滑油流量的合理分配三个方面设计了一套润滑系统,提高了减速机的可靠性及使用寿命。
Whether the lubrication system works normally directly affects the operation of the reducer.The common problems in the design and operation of the lubrication system of the rolling mill reducer are analyzed.Combined with the specific conditions of the 12-frame heavy-duty reducer,the design of the lubricating oil,the structural design of the lubrication system and the reasonable distribution of the lubricating oil flow are designed.A lubrication system improves the reliability and service life of the reducer.
