摘要
现有城镇清扫车的刷盘转速无法满足高速公路的道路清扫,通过理论研究出清扫车接地点速度与刷盘转速及车辆行驶速度的关系,又通过SolidWorks对清扫车刷盘进行三维建模,同时用Solidworks对刷盘接地点运动轨迹进行仿真,找出满足清扫车以高速公路最低限速30 km/h行驶,盘刷转速的参数范围。
The brush wheel speed of the existing town sweeper can not meet the highway cleaning,in this paper,the relationship between the speed at the connection point of the cleaning vehicle and the speed of the brush plate and the speed of the vehicle is studied theoretically,solidworks is also used to conduct 3d modeling of brush disc of cleaning vehicle,at the same time,solidworks is used to simulate the motion trajectory of the brush disc joint,Find out the range of parameters that meet the minimum speed limit of 30 km/h on the highway and the speed limit of brush wheel,parameter range of brush speed.
