基于UG的双向螺旋轴的建模方法探讨

摘要 双向螺旋轴可以实现从单向转动到双向往复平动的转化,其滑槽沿包含多条螺旋线和若干空间曲线形成。基于UG软件探讨双向螺旋轴的建模方法,应用柱面坐标点建模、曲线创建及编辑、实体扫掠等功能创建双向螺旋轴的模型,并对建模过程中曲线与实体表面不光滑的问题给出了解决改进方法。 Bidirectional screw shaft can realize the transformation from one-way rotation to two-way reciprocating translation,and the chute is formed along a plurality of spiral lines and a plurality of space curves.Based on UG software to explore the modeling method of bidirectional spiral axis,apply the functions of cylindrical coordinate point modeling,curve creation and editing,and physical sweep to create a bidirectional spiral axis model.The improvement method is given to the problem that the curve and the solid surface are not smooth during the modeling process.
