摘要 教学质量诊断与改进是提高职业教育教学质量的一项重要举措。职业教育质量具体体现在职业能力和实际操作活动系统中。因此,职业能力测评成为了判断和评价职业教育教学质量的重要途径。本文通过严谨的学生职业能力测评案例进行职业教育质量诊断与控制,阐述职业能力测评方案的开发,以期对职业院校开展教学质量诊断与改进工作提供有价值的参考。 The diagnosis and improvement of teaching quality is an important measure to improve the teaching quality of education.The quality of professional education is embodied in professional competence and practical activity system.Therefore,vocational ability assessment has become an important way to judge and evaluate the teaching quality of professional education.This paper carries out quality diagnosis and control of career education through rigorous cases of students’vocational ability assessment,and expounds the development of vocational ability assessment scheme,in order to provide valuable reference for vocational colleges to carry out teaching quality diagnosis and improvement.
