摘要
弯桥作为低地板有轨电车连接独立轮对的关键部件,整车可靠性和安全性与其疲劳强度有着直接关系。重点研究了整体式锻造弯轴的机械加工工艺过程,通过对弯轴结构特点的分析,阐述了弯轴的机械制造工艺流程,以及关键工艺选择和探索,为同类产品的加工提供借鉴作用。
The curved bridge as the key component for connecting the low floor tram to independent wheel sets,the reliability and safety of the vehicle are directly related to its fatigue strength.This paper focused on the machining process of integral forging crankshaft.Through the analysis of the structural characteristics of the crankshaft,the mechanical manufacturing process of the crankshaft,as well as the selection and exploration of the key process were described.This study provided a reference for the processing of similar products.
