摘要
为了寻找高效的纤维素降解菌,结合运用纤维素刚果红水解圈测定和纤维素酶活力测定,从银杏根际腐殖土中分离纤维素降解菌。结果表明,从根际土壤中共分离到放线菌15种、细菌6种、真菌7种,放线菌为土壤中的优势菌;从分离的28种菌株中筛选出4株纤维素降解菌,初步鉴定出1株高产维素降解菌为青霉菌属,可用作进一步实际应用研究的试验菌株。
In order to find high efficiency cellulose degrading microorganisms,microorganisms were isolated from ginkgo rhizosphere soil by the determination of cellulose congo hydrolysis ring and cellulase activity.The results showed that 15 species of actinomycetes,6 species of bacteria and7 species of fungi were isolated from rhizosphere soil,and the actinomycetes were the dominant strains in soil.Four strains of cellulose degrading microorganisms were screened from 28 isolated strains,and a high-yield strain of cellulose degrading microorganism was preliminarily identified as Penicillium,which could be used as an experimental strain for further practical application research.
