摘要
花椒籽是我国特有的食用香辛料花椒的主要副产物,其富含多种营养物质和生物活性成分。本文主要对花椒籽的化学成分及其提取工艺和相关产品的开发应用现状进行综述,以期为花椒籽的研究利用提供参考。
Prickly ash seed is the main by-product of Chinese edible prickly ash,which is rich in various nutrients and biological active ingredients.This paper mainly reviewed the development and application status of prickly ash seeds in chemical composition,extraction technology and related products,in order to provide references for the research and utilization of prickly ash seeds.
