异形蜂窝吸波材料的设计与研制 被引量:2

摘要 相较于普通正六边形蜂窝,异形蜂窝在力学性能上具有优势,且具有更明显的各向异性,但其几何结构复杂,至今还没有被准确地表征。基于等效媒质理论,采用仿真软件建模的方式,对异形蜂窝的电磁参数进行仿真,研究其等效电磁参数,并对2 GHz~18 GHz的吸波性能进行研究,计算数据与实验数据结果吻合,并以此为依据,优化设计了15 mm厚蜂窝,在增重为41. 25%,i值为0. 68时,反射率小于-10 d B的带宽达到12 GHz,且4 GHz、12 GHz的峰值分别达到-30 d B、-22 d B,可为蜂窝材料的设计提供参考,具有一定的工程实用价值。 Compared to analogous regular hexagonal honeycombs with the same relative density,the heteromorphic honeycomb has advantages in mechanical properties and has more obvious anisotropy,but its high geometric complexity would bring troubles to the design of radar absorbing materials.Based on the equivalent medium theory,simulation software was used to simulate the electromagnetic parameters of the heterogeneous honeycomb to obtain the equivalent electromagnetic parameters.The complex permittivity and microwave-absorbing properties were investigated in the frequency range of2GHz^18GHz.The calculated data were in good agreement with the experimental results.Based on the model,honeycombs of15mm thickness with different draw ratios were optimized in the case of the same absorber increment.The band width can reach nearly12GHz as the microwave-absorption reflectivity was below than-10dB with thickness of15mm.The minimum reflectivity of-30dB,-22dB were obtained at4GHz and12GHz,respectively,for the i=0.68honeycomb with41.25wt%absorbers.The calculated results have certain practical value and wide applicability for similar honeycomb structure design and absorbing performance optimization.
