基于国防建设需要的大学生国防志愿者培养模式研究

Training Mode of College Student Volunteers for National Defense

大学生国防志愿者是大学生志愿者的重要组成部分,是充实国家国防力量不可或缺的重要手段与途径,也是提升大学生国防意识的重要手段。当前,我国大学生志愿者服务的领域虽然延伸至国防领域,但是这种国防服务仅限于国防教育宣传,弘扬国防红色文化精神等方面,不具有专业性。其原因在于服务于国防的大学生志愿者只是一般意义上的大学生志愿者,绝大多数人没有经过专业化的培养与训练。本文正是从这一目的出发,探讨了大学生国防志愿者培养模式问题,以期研究结果对大学生国防志愿者的培养具有一定的启发与借鉴作用。

College student volunteers for national defense,as an important part of college student volunteers,are an indispensable means to strengthen national defense forces and an important way to enhance college students'national defense awareness.Presently,although college students’volunteer service in China is extended to the field of national defense,it is simply limited to the promotion of national defense education and red culture spirit.As volunteers in the general sense,most of the volunteers serving national defense have not received professional training.In this study,the training mode of college student volunteers for national defense is discussed.
