钢渣粉对硫铝酸盐水泥性能影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于钢渣粉含有C2S和少量的C3S,使其具有火山灰活性,可以代替矿渣粉把它作为水泥的掺合料掺入使用。本文将磨细的钢渣粉以不同的掺量掺入硫铝酸盐水泥,研究了钢渣粉对硫铝酸盐水泥标准稠度需水量、初终凝时间和强度的影响。结果表明,钢渣粉会引起体系标准稠度需水量的增大,当掺量低于10%,会使复合体系的初终凝时间稍微延长,2 h强度会有所降低,但当掺量高于10%,复合体系的初终凝时间将会缩短,2 h强度会增强。后期强度则会随着钢渣粉的掺入都有所增强,以10%的钢渣粉掺量为最佳。 The steel slag has volcanic activity because it has C2S and C3S,the use of steel slag instead of slag powderin is proposed as a cement admixture in the paper.We studied the impact of steel slag on standard consistence,setting time and compress strength when adding different content of steel slag into sulphoaluminate cement.Experimental results show that steel slag will cause system standard consistence water demand increase.The setting time of compound system will be slightly lengthened and the 2h compress strength will decrease when the dosage of steel slag is less than10%(by cement quality);but when more than10%,the setting time will be shortened and the 2h compress strength will increase.The later strength of compound system will increase with adding the steel slag.We have concluded that the10%content of steel slag is optimal.
