蚕丝石膏复合材料的力学性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为制备高强度的石膏板材及制品,将我校对外检测及生产过程中产生的废弃蚕丝掺入石膏中,加入高效减水剂、缓凝剂,研究了不同长度和掺量的蚕丝石膏材料的力学性能。研究结果表明:9 mm 0. 3%、6 mm 0. 3%、6 mm0. 2%蚕丝的掺入对纯石膏的力学性能提升尤为明显;加入萘系高效减水剂后,6 mm 0. 2%蚕丝石膏的力学性能优于其他两种蚕丝掺量及同长度同掺量玻璃纤维试件;加入聚羧酸高效减水剂后,9 mm 0. 3%蚕丝石膏14 d、28 d抗折、抗压强度均比其他两种蚕丝掺量石膏高,也均优于玻璃纤维3种掺量石膏的同龄期抗折、抗压强度。本研究结论可为工程界充分利用废弃蚕丝研发石膏制品提供有力数据支持,为蚕丝石膏复合材料在工程界的大量应用奠定基础。 The discarded silk was added into plaster,mixed with the high efficiency water reducing agent and retarder to prepare high strength gypsum board and its products.And the mechanical properties of different length and content of silk gypsum were studied.The experimental results show that the length of9mm and mass content of0.3%,6mm0.3%,6mm0.2%of the silk can improve the mechanical properties of gypsum obviously.Mixed with the naphthalene superplasticizer,the gypsum with the silk of length6mm and mass content0.2%has the better mechanical properties than the gypsum added silk of9mm0.3%,and6mm0.3%,and also better than the gypsum added glass fiber specimens of length6mm and mass content0.2%.Mixed with the polycarboxylate superplasticizer and added silk of9mm0.3%,the flexural and compressive strength of14d,28d of the gypsum are better than the gypsum added silk of6mm0.3%,and6mm0.2%,and also better than the gypsum added glass fiber specimens.The results of this study can provide data support for the application of discarded silk in gypsum products,and be helpful to the extensive application of sericulture gypsum composite materials in the engineering field.
