高强灌浆材料受压性能计算公式验证

Validation formula for compressive performance of high-strength grouting material

摘要 通过对高强灌浆材料力学性能试验结果分析,基于统计分析方法,验证了适用于C70~C110以内各种高强灌浆材料轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、轴心受压峰值应变、轴心受压-应变全曲线等受压力学性能的统一计算公式,其计算结果与实际测量结果吻合度较高。研究结果对研究高强灌浆材料结构的非线性有限元分析和设计具有指导意义。 Through the analysis of the experimental results of mechanical properties of high-strength grouting materials,and based on analysis methods,this paper proposed a unified calculation formula which could be applied to various strength of high-strength grouting materials within C70-C110for axial compressive strength,elastic modulus,peak strain of axial compression and stress strain curves.A comparison of calculated results with actual measurement results showed good agreement.Finally,research achievements have reference for the further non linear finite element analysis and design of high-strength grouting material structure.
