电信运营商网络信息安全管控平台的设计与研究

Design and Research of Network Information Security Management and Control Platform for Telecom Operators

大数据时代带来了信息的爆炸式增长,也伴随而来了一系列的信息安全问题,其中包括电信运营商信息安全问题。因此,基于智能技术、数据技术的发展与应用,必须在原始的基础上对运营商网络安全平台进行完善,对其进行改造升级,应用平台的监督功能、检测功能,能够有效防护网络信息安全。笔者基于电信运营商网络信息安全问题,阐述了网络信息安全管控平台的设计方法,并介绍了平台的功能模块。

The era of big data has brought explosive growth of information,which is accompanied by a series of information security issues,including the information security of telecommunication operators.Therefore,based on the development and application of intelligent technology and data technology,it is necessary to improve the network security platform of operators on the original basis,upgrade it,and apply the monitoring and detection functions of the platform to realize the protection of network information security.Based on the problem of network information security of telecom operators,this paper expounds the design method of network information security management and control platform,and expounds its functional modules.
