鼻内镜联合纤维喉镜与单纯鼻内镜治疗非侵袭性霉菌性上颌窦炎的临床疗效对比

Clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic combined with fiberoptic laryngoscope and simple nasal endoscopy in the treatment of non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis

目的:比较常规鼻内镜下与鼻内镜联合纤维喉镜下两种手术方法治疗非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎的治疗效果及预后情况。方法:将40例非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各20例。试验组在常规鼻内镜下联合纤维喉镜下开放上颌窦,对照组单纯行鼻内镜下上颌窦开放,比较两组治疗效果及预后。结果:试验组有效率100%,对照组有效率75%,两组治疗效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:鼻内镜联合纤维喉镜下治疗非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎,治疗效果优于单纯行鼻内镜手术。值得推广。

Objective To compare routine and endoscopic nasal endoscopy combined fiber laryngoscope under two kinds of surgical methods in treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis treatment effect and prognosis. Method 40 cases of noninvasive fungal sinusitis patients were randomly divided into the joint group and the control group,20 cases in each group. The experimental group opened the maxillary sinus under the routine nasal endoscope combined with fiber laryngoscope,while the control group was treated by endoscopic sinus surgery. The therapeutic effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 100%,and the effective rate of the control group was 75%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with fiber laryngoscope is a better treatment for non-invasive fungal sinusitis than simple endoscopic sinus surgery. It is worth promoting.
