采用固定义齿对牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损咬合重建的效果

The effect of fixed denture on occlusal reconstruction of severe tooth wear with dentition defect

目的:探讨采用固定义齿对牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损咬合重建的效果。方法:随机选择行牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损治疗的患者30例进行临床研究,使用随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各15例。观察组采用固定义齿修复,对照组采用牙合垫式可摘局部义齿修复。观察修复前和修复后1个月两组患者的咀嚼率。结果:两组患者治疗前咀嚼率差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),治疗后两组患者咀嚼率与治疗前相比均明显升高,但观察组患者咀嚼率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:固定义齿能够明显提高牙齿重度磨耗伴牙列缺损患者的咬合重建效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of occlusal reconstruction with fixed denture for severe tooth wear with dentition defect. Method 30 patients with severe tooth wear and dentition defect were randomly selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number method,15 cases in each group. Fixed denture was used in the observation group,and the occlusal pad removable partial denture was used in the control group. The masticatory rates of two groups before and 1 months after repair were observed. Results There was no significant difference in masticatory rate between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the masticatory rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,but the masticatory rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Fixed denture can significantly improve the occlusal reconstruction effect of patients with severe tooth wear and dentition defect.
