排兵布阵法在腔镜手术空间管理中的应用

Application of Paibingbuzhen method in laparoscopic surgery in the management of space

目的:探讨排兵布阵法在腔镜手术空间管理中的应用效果。方法:选取25例腔镜手术为对照组,实施常规腔镜手术空间管理。选取25例腔镜手术为观察组,在对照组基础上应用排兵布阵法。记录两组开始摆放体位至开始划皮的时间,比较两组医生护士的满意度。结果:观察组开始摆放体位至开始划皮的时间明显少于对照组,观察组医护对排兵布阵的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:排兵布阵法能缩短开始摆放体位至开始划皮的时间,提高医护配合和医生满意度。

Objective To explore the method for transfers-will in space management,the application of endoscopy surgery effect. Method 25 cases of cavity mirror surgery were selected as the control group,the conventional endoscopy surgery space management. The 25 cases of endoscopic surgery were selected as the observation group,and the array method was applied on the basis of the control group. Two groups were recorded to start placing the positions to the beginning of the skin,and the satisfaction of the two groups of doctors and nurses was compared. Results Observation group began to put the position to start time row skin was less than that of control group,The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Paibingbuzhen method can shorten for transfers-will began to row of time,put the position to start to improve medical care and physician satisfaction.
