5S结合PDCA循环管理法在手术室环境现场管理中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of 5S Combined with PDCA Circulation Management in Site Management of Operating Room Environment

目的:探讨5S结合PDCA循环管理法在手术室环境现场管理中的应用效果,对其应用价值进行分析评价。方法:成立5S工作小组,结合手术室环境管理的具体要求,制订5S活动内容,并将其纳入到PDCA循环管理法中,对手术室环境实施管理监督。将中心手术室分为A区和B区,A区为对照组,实施常规手术室环境管理方法。B区为试验组,实施5S结合PDCA循环管理法。对两组接台备物时间、巡回护士进出手术间次数、物品基数准备齐全率、环境满意度进行评价。结果:试验组接台备物时间、巡回护士进出手术间次数明显少于对照组,试验组基数准备齐全率、环境满意度评价均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:5S结合PDCA循环管理法对手术室环境进行现场管理,有利于加强手术室工作的规范性、严谨性,能显著提升手术室的工作效率及工作质量,提高医生对手术室护理工作的满意度及认可度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of 5 S combined with PDCA cycle management method in on-site management in operating room environment,and evaluate its application value. Method A 5 S working group was set up to formulate the 5 S activity contents in conjunction with the specific requirements for the environmental management of the operating room,and incorporated into the PDCA cycle management law to implement management supervision over the operating room environment. The operating room in the center of the hospital was divided into the A and B areas. The A area was the control group and the environmental management method of the conventional operating room was implemented. The B area was the experimental group and the 5 S combined with the PDCA circulation management method was implemented. The two groups were evaluated on the time of preparing for the table,the number of nurses entering and leaving the operating room,the completeness rate of article bases,and the degree of environmental satisfaction. Results In the experimental group,the time of receiving the equipment and the times of visiting nurses entering and leaving the operation room were significantly less than those in the control group,and the complete base preparation rate and environmental satisfaction evaluation in the experimental group were better than those in the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion 5 S combined with PDCA cycle management method to the operating room environment for on-site management,is conducive to strengthening the standardization and rigor of the operating room work,can significantly improve the operating room work efficiency and quality,improve the doctor’s satisfaction and recognition of the operating room nursing work,worthy of clinical application.
