分析了中美贸易摩擦对我国石化产业的影响,提出中美经贸合作符合两国和全世界的共同利益;石化产业作为中美合作的重点领域,未来发展应坚持推进炼化一体化,才能从根本上提高资源综合利用水平和基础化工原料的自主保障程度;石油将主要用于生产高附加值的化工材料;乙烯原料多元化、产品多元化和投资主体多元化,将成为未来我国乙烯工业发展趋势;乙烯自主化技术装备水平将带动行业进一步转型升级;乙烯企业国际化经营将成为发展热点。

This paper analyzes the influence of Sino-US trade friction on China's petrochemical industry, and holdsthat Sino-US economic and trade cooperation conforms to the common interests of both countries and the whole world.As a key area of Sino-US cooperation, China's petrochemical industry should push forward refinery-petrochemicalsintegration in future development, so as to fundamentally improve comprehensive utilization of hydrocarbons and supplysecurity of basic chemical raw materials. Petroleum will be mainly diverted to produce high value-added chemicalmaterials. China's ethylene industry will trend towards further diversification in ethylene feedstocks, derivative productsand investment entities, and towards deeper transformation and upgrading along with advancement in indigenousethylene technology and equipment, with international operation another hotspot for ethylene enterprises.
