质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡的合理性探究

Rationality Study of Proton Pump Inhibitors in Preventing Stress Ulcer

目的:研究质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡的合理性。方法:抽取某院2016年7-12月3个外科使用质子泵抑制剂患者300例,分析患者病例对其用药指征、品种选择、给药途径、用法用量、给药频次、给药疗程等方面进行评价分析。结果:有明确指征使用质子泵抑制剂的62例(20.67%);预防性使用质子泵抑制剂238例(79.33%),有预防性用药指征205例(86.13%)。结论:患者有无指征预防用药比例较高,给药时机不合理,使用疗程较长等不合理用药情况,相关部门应制定质子泵抑制剂的使用标准规范,加大监督及管理,促进质子泵抑制剂的合理使用。

Objective:To study the rationality of proton pump inhibitors in the prevention of stress ulcer.Method:A total of300cases of proton pump inhibitors were selected from3surgical operations from July to December2016.The indications,selection of varieties,ways of administration,usage and dosage,frequency of administration,and medication course were evaluated and analyzed.Result:62cases(20.67%)used proton pump inhibitors,238cases(79.33%)of prophylactic used proton pump inhibitors,205cases(86.13%)of indications for preventive medication.Conclusion:The proportion of the patients with no indication of prophylactic use is high,the timing of the administration is unreasonable,the use of the treatment course is longer and so on.The relevant departments should formulate standard standards for the use of proton pump inhibitors,increase supervision and management,and promote the rational use of proton pump inhibitors.
