On the National Compulsory Labor and Local Construction in Shaanxi After the War(1945—1949)

国民义务劳动在陕西省抗战后的地方建设中扮演了重要的角色,它为陕西地方建设提供了行政、人力、经费和宣传方面的支持,陕西地方政府也将其作为鼓励和加快地方建设的手段。通过分析相关文献,理清国民义务劳动与陕西地方建设的关系,探究二者的相互作用,进而给予评价。

The national compulsory labor plays an important role in the local construction of the Shaanxi province after the war of resistance.It provides the support of the local construction of Shaanxi with administrative,human,financial and propaganda,and the local government of Shaanxi has also taken it as a means to encourage and accelerate the construction of the local areas.Through the analysis of relevant literature,we clarify the relationship between national voluntary labor and local construction in Shaanxi,explore the interaction between the two parts,and then give evaluation.
