摘要
本文简述了林业行政执法的概念,特征、原则及执法效力,同时指出国有重点林区执法存在的问题,并提出整改措施。
This paper briefly describes the concept,characteristics,principles and law enforcement effectiveness of forestry administrative law enforcement,and points out the existing problems of law enforcement in key state-owned forest areas,and puts forward corrective measures.
