Comprehensive Analysis and Policy Implications of the Economic Effects of Near Natural Afforestation in Harbin

本文从森林的功能、多功能的森林的解析入手,介绍了森林多功能经营的概念和原则,叙述了森林多功能经营的进展以及发展趋势;通过研究丹青河林场、转山和山河三个林场自然育林,进行对比分析12年间对资源总量、森林面积、活立木蓄积、单位面积增加量、森林平均生产量的数据对比,最后,提出了开展森林多功能经营研究的目标和方向以及需要解决的关键技术问题。

Starting with the analysis of forest function and multi-functional forest,this paper introduces the concept and principle of forest multi-functional management,and describes the progress and development trend of forest multi-functional management.By studying the natural forest cultivation of Danqinghe forest farm,Zhuanshan forest farm and Shanhe forest farm,this article compares and analyzes the total resources,forest area,standing timber accumulation,unit area increase,and average forest production volume in the past 12 years.Finally,it puts forward the goals and directions of forest multi-functional management research and the key technical problems that need to be solved.
