颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄患者应用经皮血管内支架手术治疗的效果及对患者QOL评分的影响

Therapeutic effect of percutaneous intravascular stenting in the patients with carotid atherosclerotic stenosis and its effect on QOL scores

目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄患者应用经皮血管内支架手术治疗的效果及对患者QOL的评分影响。方法选取2016年5月～2018年4月于我院进行治疗的颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄患者78例,随机分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=38),分别给予经皮血管内支架手术治疗和颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后颈动脉狭窄范围、并发症发生率以及QOL评分。结果治疗后研究组患者颈动脉狭窄范围明显小于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者并发症的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者的QOL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗相比,经皮血管内支架手术治疗颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的效果较为理想,患者QOL评分高,可明显改善预后。血管内支架治疗是治疗颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的安全有效手段。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous intravascular stenting and the its effect on the score of QOL in the patients with carotid atherosclerotic stenosis.Methods78patients with carotid atherosclerotic stenosis who were treated in our hospital from May2016to April2018were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=38).The patients were given percutaneous intravascular stenting surgery and carotid endarterectomy respectively.The range of carotid stenosis,complication rate and QOL score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the range of carotid stenosis was significantly smaller in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);the QOL scores in the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with carotid endarterectomy,percutaneous intravascular stenting is an ideal treatment for carotid atherosclerotic stenosis.Patients have higher QOL scores,and the prognosis can be significantly improved.Intravascular stenting is a safe and effective treatment for carotid atherosclerotic stenosis.
