退热洗剂治疗小儿外感发热的疗效研究

Study on the therapeutic effect of antipyretic lotion in the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever

目的探讨退热洗剂治疗小儿外感发热外感风寒证的疗效。方法选取本院收治外感发热患儿110例,按数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组55例。对照组予常规对症处理。治疗组在对照组基础上予退热洗剂治疗,1剂/d,2次/d。两组患儿连续观察3 d。比较两组退热起效时间、解热时间、完全退热时间及两组外感风寒证症状评分。分析两组患儿临床疗效。记录两组患儿疗程中不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患儿的退热起效时间、解热时间、完全退热时间显著缩短(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组患儿外感风寒证症状(发热、流涕、鼻塞、咳嗽)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组患儿的总有效率为96.36%,显著高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患儿均未出现明显不良反应。结论在常规康复基础上,退热洗剂治疗小儿外感发热外感风寒证疗效明显,且安全可靠,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of antipyretic lotion in the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever and exogenous wind-cold syndrome.Methods A total of110children patients with exogenous fever who were admitted to our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with55cases in each group.The control group was given regular symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was given antipyretic lotion on the basis of the control group,with one dose/d,and twice/d.The two groups of children were observed continuously for3days.The antipyretic onset time,antipyretic time,complete antipyretic time and the scores of two exogenous wind-cold syndromes were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of children was analyzed.The incidence of adverse reactions during the course of treatment was recorded in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,the antipyretic onset time,antipyretic time and complete antipyretic time in the treatment group were significantly shorter(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of exogenous wind-cold syndrome(fever,runny nose,nasal congestion,cough)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the treatment group was96.36%,which was significantly higher than that of81.82%in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no significant adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation,the antipyretic lotion is effective in the treatment of pediatric exogenous fever and exogenous wind-cold syndrome,and it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical reference.
