补肾助孕颗粒对女性排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of Bushen Zhuyun Granule on female ovulation disorder infertility

目的探讨补肾助孕颗粒对女性排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1～12月收治的96例女性排卵障碍性不孕症患者,将其随机方法分为两组。对照组患者用西药克罗米芬治疗,研究组患者加用中药制剂补肾助孕颗粒治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗后两组患者排卵率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),而研究组妊娠率明显高于对照组,流产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组妊娠率、流产率比较均有显著差异。治疗后两组患者血清E2、P、LH和FSH均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论中药制剂补肾助孕颗粒及克罗米芬对女性排卵障碍性不孕症均有显著疗效,有利于提高排卵率和妊娠率,改善患者血清激素水平,且补肾助孕颗粒治疗后妊娠率较高、流产率较低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuyun Granule on female ovulation infertility.Methods A total of96female ovulatory infertility patients admitted in our hospital from January2016to December2016were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine clomiphene citrate.The patients in the study group were treated with Chinese medicine preparation Bushen Zhuyun Granule,and the efficacy between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in ovulation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the abortion rate in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the pregnancy rate and abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The serum E2,P,LH and FSH after treatment were significantly higher in the two groups than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine preparation Bushen Zhuyun Granules and clomiphene citrate have significant effects on female ovulation infertility,which is beneficial to improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,improve serum hormone levels.And there is a higher pregnancy rate and lower abortion rate after treatment with Bushen Zhuyun Granule.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
