Nursing experience of mechanical thrombectomy with Solitaire AB stent in the treatment of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis

目的总结颅内静脉窦血栓形成Solitaire AB支架机械取栓治疗的效果及护理要点。方法应用Solitaire AB支架对9例颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者进行机械取栓治疗,术前积极降颅压、抗凝治疗,术后加强基础护理,严密观察病情,做好抗凝治疗的控制和管理,预防再栓塞等并发症,早期进行康复训练。结果 9例患者中7例闭塞静脉窦完全开通,症状明显减轻,顺利出院。2例造影显示静脉窦未完全再通,但术后症状有所改善。结论快速有效地完善术前准备,密切观察病情,尤其是颅内压和意识的变化,术后做好抗凝治疗的控制和管理,以及早期康复训练是Solitaire AB支架机械取栓治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成的护理重点。

Objective To summarize the effect and nursing points of mechanical thrombectomy with Solitaire AB stent in intracranial venous sinus thrombosis.Methods9patients with intracranial venous sinus thrombosis were treated with Solitaire AB stent for mechanical thrombectomy and anticoagulant therapy.Before operation,positive intracranial pressure reduction and anticoagulant therapy were performed.The basic nursing was strengthened after surgery.The condition was closely observed and the anticoagulant therapy was controlled and managed well.The complications such as re-embolicization were prevented.And early rehabilitation training was taken.Results Of the9patients,7paients’occlusion venous sinus were completely opened,and the symptoms were significantly relieved.And the patient was discharged smoothly.The angiography of two patients showed that the venous sinus was not completely recanalized,but the postoperative symptoms improved.Conclusion To quickly and effectively improve preoperative preparation,closely observe the condition,especially the changes of intracranial pressure and consciousness,control and management of anticoagulant therapy after operation,and early rehabilitation training are the nursing focus of solitaire AB stent mechanical thrombectomy for intracranial vein sinus thrombosis.
