虚拟技术辅助教学在肝胆外科教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨虚拟技术辅助教学模式在肝胆外科教学中的应用效果。方法选择36名广西医科大学2015级本科临床医学专业学生作为本试验的研究对象。其中,随机选取18名学生采用虚拟技术辅助教学模式进行教学,设为实验组;随机选取另外18名学生采用传统教学法进行教学,设为对照组。结果经同时出科考核及成绩对比,实验组学生出科考试成绩的平均总分为(87.61±3.11)分,而对照组为(80.67±1.50)分,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。出科后通过问卷调查,结果显示实验组学生在临床实践动手能力、临床思维能力、理论联系临床能力等方面均优于对照组学生,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论虚拟技术辅助教学模式可用于肝胆外科临床教学,并可以显著提高学生专业理论水平及临床实践能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of virtual technology-assisted teaching model in hepatobiliary surgery teaching.Methods36undergraduate students of clinical medicine in grade2015of Guangxi Medical University were selected as the subjects of this study.Among them,18students were randomly selected to use the virtual technology-assisted teaching model for teaching,which was set as the experimental group.Another18students were randomly selected to use traditional teaching methods as the control group.Results The average score of experimental group was(87.61±3.11)points,which was significantly higher than that of control group(80.67±1.50)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results of questionnaire survey showed that the students'ability of experimental group in clinical practice,clinical thinking ability,and clinical practice relevance,which were significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The feasibility of virtual technology-assisted teaching model in hepatobiliary surgery teaching is strong.It can improve students'theoretical level and clinical practice ability.The popularization and application of virtual technology-assisted teaching model is worthy for improving the teaching effect.
