摘要
目的观察3D打印技术在胫骨平台骨折临床PBL教学中的应用效果。方法将70名骨科临床专业实习学生随机分为新教学法组(3D打印技术、PBL教学法)和传统教学法组,每组各35名实习学生。对两组学生的理论知识、临床技能操作、综合能力评价及教学满意度等指标进行评价,比较两组教学方法的教学效果。结果新教学法组学生的理论知识评分优于传统教学法组[(91.26±4.12)分vs.(84.59±3.45)分,t=-4.852,P=0.000];临床技能操作评分优于传统教学法组[(89.62±4.35)分vs.(81.33±5.28)分,t=-5.264,P=0.000];综合能力自我评估分数优于传统教学法组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000);新教学法组学生的满意度高于传统教学法组,差异具有统计学意义(80.00%vs. 57.14%,χ~2=4.242,P=0.039)。结论将3D打印技术应用于PBL教学法的新教学法在胫骨平台骨折的临床教学中,能够获得满意教学效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of3D printing technique in clinical PBL teaching of Tibial plateau Fractures.Methods70orthopaedic clinical interns were randomly divided into two groups:the new teaching method group(3D printing technology,PBL teaching method)and the traditional teaching method group,with35interns in each group.The theoretical knowledge,clinical skill operation,comprehensive ability evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge of students in the new teaching method group were better than those in the traditional teaching method group[(91.26±4.12)points vs.(84.59±3.45)points,卜-4.852,P=0.000].The score of clinical skill operation was better than that of the traditional teaching method group[(89.62±4.35)points vs.(81.33±5.28)points,卜-5.264,尸=0.000].The score of comprehensive ability self-assessment was better than that of traditional teaching method group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The satisfaction of the students in the new teaching method group was higher than that in the traditional teaching method group,with statistical significance(80.00%vs.57.14%,%2=4.242,P=0.039).Conclusion The application of3D printing technology in PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of tibial plateau fracture can achieve satisfactory teaching results.
