超声新技术在前列腺超声诊断教学中的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 随着超声造影、超声弹性成像等新技术的广泛应用,特别是超声与其它影像技术的融合,使超声技术在前列腺癌的诊断上继续发挥着重要作用。本文介绍了超声造影、超声弹性成像,以及超声造影引导前列腺穿刺活检、超声弹性成像引导前列腺穿刺活检、多模态融合影像技术引导前列腺穿刺活检等超声新技术的优势和教学特点,从前列腺解剖、血清前列腺特异抗原检测、直肠指检到前列腺穿刺诊断学等方面培养学生临床思维基础,提出将超声新技术应用到前列腺超声诊断教学中,改变现有教学内容,建立教学体制保障,形成多方法整合的教学体系,推动前列腺超声诊断的教学改革。 With the extensive application of the new techniques such as contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and ultrasonic elastography,especially the fusion of ultrasound and other imaging techniques,ultrasound technology continues to play an important role in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.We introduced the advantages and teaching characteristics of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,ultrasonic elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasonography guided prostate biopsy,ultrasonic elastography guided prostate biopsy,and multi-module fusion imaging guided prostate biopsy.The students'clinical thinking foundation is trained according to the study of prostate anatomy,serum prostatic specific antigen detection,digital rectal examination and prostate biopsy.It is proposed to apply the new ultrasound technology to the education of prostate ultrasonic diagnosis,to change the teaching content,to establish a teaching system.Then the multi method integrated teaching system will promote the reform in education of prostate ultrasonic diagnosis.
