摘要
随着医疗技术的快速发展,危重患者抢救成功率不断提高,而患者所遗留的后遗症及功能障碍的问题逐渐凸显出来,随之康复医学在全国范围内迅速铺开并取得了长足的发展。康复治疗学是一门联系康复医学理论与实践的极其重要的桥梁学科,且康复治疗学教学承担着为社会输送应用型康复治疗技术人才的任务,因此康复治疗学教学备受考验。本文结合康复治疗学实践性极强的自身特点,针对目前教学过程中普遍存在的不足,提出在教学过程中尝试性应用"工作坊"教学模式,开设障碍角色模拟体验课及加强高校师资队伍的培养和建设,希望可以促进康复医学教学质量的提高及康复医学事业的可持续发展。
With the rapid development of medical technology,the rescue success of critically ill patients improved,but the problems of sequelae and dysfunction left by the patients came out gradually.Thereafter,rehabilitation medicine rapidly spread throughout the country and made considerable progress.Rehabilitation therapy is an important bridge discipline linking the theory and practice of rehabilitation medicine;moreover,the teaching of rehabilitation therapy undertakes the task of delivering applied rehabilitation technical personnel for the society,therefore,the teaching of rehabilitation therapy is subjected to severe challenge.In here,combining the practical characteristics of rehabilitation therapy and shortcomings of the teaching of rehabilitation medicine,we put forward to tentative applicate"workshops"teaching mode in the teaching process,set up an obstacle roles simulation experience course and strengthen the training and construction of teaching staffs in the colleges and universities.It is hoped that the teaching quality of rehabilitation medicine can be improved and the sustainable development of rehabilitation medicine can be promoted.
