透明质酸在胃癌和不同胃病中的表达以及Hp对其表达影响的研究

Relationship Between Hyaluronic Acid and Gastric Cancer and Precancerous Diseases and the Effect of Hp on its Expression

目的探究透明质酸在胃癌以及癌前疾病中的表达特点以及幽门螺旋杆菌感染对其表达的影响。方法选取2015年2月—2018年2月在我院接受治疗的92例胃癌和不同胃病的患者作为研究对象。按照患者胃病发展情况分为SG组、AG组和GC组。SG组患者38例,AG组患者22例,GC组患者32例。采用ELISA法检测血清透明质酸含量,通过检测患者血清H. pylori-IgG抗体滴度判断患者Hp感染是否阳性。结果 Hp阴性感染下,三组患者血透明质酸平均浓度值对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);Hp感染阳性下的三组患者血HA值随疾病加重不断升高,GC组的Hp感染阳性的患者血HA值为(15.32±4.43)ng/ml,高于SG组的(10.51±4.18)ng/ml和AG组的(8.32±4.38)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在不考虑HP感染的情况下,患者透明质酸随胃病严重程度的提高而不断上升,透明质酸可以有效反映患者胃部疾病的严重程度,Hp阳性感染下患者透明质酸随胃病严重程度的提高而不断上升,Hp阳性感染可以影响HA表达。

Objective To explore the expression characteristics of hyaluronic acid in gastric cancer and precancerous diseases and the effect of Helicobacter pylori infection on its expression.Methods A total of92patients with gastric cancer and different gastric diseases treated in our hospital from February2015to February2018were selected as the study subjects.According to the development of gastric diseases,patients were divided into SG group,AG group and GC group.There were38cases in SG group,22cases in AG group and32cases in GC group.The serum hyaluronic acid content was detected by ELISA,and the serum H.pylori-IgG antibody titer was used to determine whether the patients were positive for Hp infection.Results There was no significant difference in the mean concentration of hyaluronic acid between the three groups of patients with Hp-negative infection(P>0.05).The blood HA values of the three groups with positive Hp infection increased with the aggravation of the disease,and patients with positive Hp infection were found.The blood HA value was(15.32±4.43)ng/ml,which was significantly higher than that of superficial gastritis(10.51±4.18)ng/mlandatrophicgastritis(8.32±4.38)ng/ml.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Without considering Hp infection,the patient's hyaluronic acid is increasing with the severity of stomach disease.Hyaluronic acid can effectively reflect the severity of stomach diseases in patients.Hyaluronic acid with Hp positive infection is associated with the severity of stomach disease.Increased and rising,Hp positive infection can affect HA expression.
