一次性根管充填技术的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of One-off Root Canal Filling Technique

目的分析一次性根管充填技术治疗慢性牙髓炎和慢性根尖周炎的临床特点及效果。方法选取我院2014年3月—2017年10月收治的慢性牙髓炎和慢性根尖周炎患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组患者各50例。对照组患者采用传统多次法根管充填术治疗,观察组患者采用一次性根管充填术治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果与对照组对比,观察组患者治疗花费时间更短,平均就诊次数更少,组间各数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论一次性根管充填技术治疗慢性牙髓炎和慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效与传统多次法根管充填术的应用效果相当,但具有疗程短的临床特点。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and effect of one-off root canal filling in the treatment of chronic pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods100patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis admitted to our hospital from March2014to October2017were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,50cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional multiple root canal filling,while patients in the observation group were treated with one-time root canal filling.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment time of patients in the observation group was shorter,and the average number of visits was less.There were significant differences in the data between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of one-off root canal filling in the treatment of chronic pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis is similar to that of traditional multiple root canal filling.
