摘要
随着人类的不断进步和科学技术的不断提高,医学技术和生物学得到了快速的发展,近几年来他汀类药物在临床治疗疾病的过程中起到了重要的作用。他汀类药物的主要功能表现在降脂的作用,通过降脂可以有效的改善患者的血管内皮功能,从而有效的帮助患者抗炎、抗血小板凝聚,对于保护患者的心血管有非常重要的意义。因此借助于他汀类药物的这些功能,在临床上主要应用于心血管疾病的治疗,并取得了良好的治疗效果。文章主要通过分析他汀类药物的作用机理,综述了他汀类药物在治疗心血管疾病的研究进展。
With the continuous advancement of human beings and the continuous improvement of science and technology,medical technology and biology have developed rapidly.In recent years,statins have played an important role in the clinical treatment of diseases.The main function of statins is in the role of lipid-lowering.It can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function of patients through lipid-lowering,thus effectively helping patients with anti-inflammatory and anti-platelet aggregation,which is very important for protecting patients'cardiovascular.Therefore,with the help of these functions of statins,it is mainly used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the clinic,and has achieved good therapeutic effects.In this paper,the research progress of statins in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases was reviewed by analyzing the mechanism of action of statins.
