贞芪扶正颗粒对食管癌化疗患者的应用价值

The Value of Application of Zhenqi Fuzheng Granule in Chemotherapy of Esophageal Carcinoma

目的分析贞芪扶正颗粒对食管癌化疗患者的应用价值。方法将74例食管癌化疗患者随机分为两组,每组各37例,对照组行常规顺铂、酒石酸化疗,观察组在对照组基础上,加贞芪扶正颗粒治疗,比较两组患者生存质量情况。结果治疗后,观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+高于对照组,CD4^+/CD8^+低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05),且观察组生活质量评分为(52.69±4.75)分,高于对照组的(48.42±4.63)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组毒副反应发生率为14.71%,低于对照组的35.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论贞芪扶正颗粒能提高食管癌患者生存质量,减少化疗所致毒副反应。

Objective To analyze the value of Zhenqi Fuzheng granule in chemotherapy of esophageal carcinoma.Methods74patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,37cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine cisplatin and tartaric acid chemotherapy.The observation group was treated with Zhenqi Fuzheng granule on the basis of the control group,and the quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the CD3+,CD4+,CD8+of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,CD4+/CD8+was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the quality of life score of the observation group was(52.69±4.75)points,higher than that of the control group(48.42±4.63)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects was14.71%in the observation group,which was lower than35.14%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenqi Fuzheng granule can improve the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer and reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy.
