少腹逐瘀汤对子宫腺肌病痛经的治疗作用

The Effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on Dysmenorrhea of Adenomyosis

目的分析子宫腺肌病痛经患者采取少腹逐瘀汤进行治疗的效果。方法选取我院2017年6月—2018年6月所接诊的子宫腺肌病痛经患者80例作为研究对象。所选80例子宫腺肌病痛经患者采取随机法加以分组。给予对照组患者常规西医方式加以治疗,给予研究组患者少腹逐瘀汤加以治疗,对比两组患者接受不同治疗措施后的临床治疗有效率。结果两组患者接受不同治疗措施后的总体治疗有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床中针对子宫腺肌病痛经患者,为其提供少腹逐瘀汤治疗效果理想,能够使患者的临床症状获得显著改善。

Objective To analyze the effect of shaofu zhuyu decoction on dysmenorrhea patients with adenomyosis.Methods80cases of patients with dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis in our hospital from June2017to June2018were selected as the study subjects.80cases of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into groups.The patients in the control group were treated by routine western medicine.The patients in the study group were treated with shaofu zhuyu decoction.The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after receiving different treatment measures was compared.Results There was a significant difference in the overall treatment efficiency between the two groups after receiving different treatment measures(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,for the patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea,shaofu zhuyu decoction is an ideal treatment,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
